Are your memberships really month-to-month?

Yes!  Memberships are month-to-month with a 2-month minimum.  Our membership allows you to have the stability of a place to work while giving you the flexibility you need to grow your business.

 

What are your hours of operation?

We have staff onsite Mon-Fri, 8-5 and Saturday 9-3.  24/7 access is available to our Full Time members.  Afterhours members have access to the facilities Mon-Fri 5pm – 8 am, Saturday and Sunday after we close at 3 pm.

Are there any other costs besides my monthly membership fees?

There is a $25 joining fee for each person that joins Forge.  Depending on which membership plan you join, there could be $25/hr fee for conference rooms and a small charge for printing.  Replacement keycard is $25.

 

Can I work at Forge for the day without being a member?

Yes.  Day passes are available for $25/day.  Come to our reception desk and one of the Forge staff members will get you signed in for the day.  There is no need to call ahead for a reservation.

 

If I am not a member of Forge can I reserve a conference room?

Unfortunately, you must be a member of Forge to reserve a conference room.  However, you do not have to be a member of Forge to attend a meeting in the conference rooms at Forge.

 

What if I want to bring a guest to work with me for the day?

Each membership comes with both a full day guest passes and one-hour guest passes.  Be sure to bring your guest to the front desk so that we can check them in and give them access to wifi.

 

If I have scheduled a meeting in the conference room do the attendees of my meeting have to be members of Forge?

No!  If you have reserved the conference room, all members of your meeting will be given access to Forge the amount of time the conference room is reserved.  You will NOT need to use a guest pass for your attendees to have access to Forge.

 

Can I bring in my own food and beverages?

Yes.  We have two full-size refrigerators for you to keep your food in for the day.  These will be emptied each night.  We also have microwaves for you to warm up your food.

 

Can I drop in and take a tour?

Tours need to be scheduled in advance so that we can be sure to have someone available for you.  Sign up here to schedule a tour.

 

What is your membership cancellation policy?

Memberships must be canceled by the 20th of the month before you want to cancel.

Our private office agreements begin on the 1st of every month and there is a 30 day move out policy – move out date on the 30th of the month.  Private Office move out requests must be made on the last business day of the month prior to move out.
