That’s why we launched the Birmingham Small Business Accelerator. Over 12 weeks, local business owners step away from simply working in their businesses and spend intentional time strengthening how they lead and operate them. Through practical tools, accountability, and the support of other Birmingham business owners, participants gain greater clarity about where they’re going—and a plan for how to get there.
