The Birmingham Small Business Accelerator brings together a committed group of small business owners for a 12-week, action-focused journey through the foundational tools and concepts of Traction.
Each week, you’ll dive into 1-2 essential disciplines—learning the framework, practicing the tools, and taking real steps to improve how your business operates.
